Welcome to our new website! Thank you for all of your patience as we got our new website up and running. There will be kinks, broken links, and other issues, but we will work as quickly as possible to fix any issues that arise. If you see an issue, please email Erik.

Important notes for using this website:

1. You must create an account to sign up for a tournament. Accounts are free and we are only requiring the minimum information that is required to report to our insurance company.
2. Once you have created an account, you must sign the waiver. This is a "click-through" agreement and is found on your player profile page.
3. Once you have created an account and signed a waiver, then you can then register for a tournament. If your teammates have an account, you can select them from the pull-down list. If your teammates do not have an account, you can still add them, but you will need their legal first and last name and a valid email address. This is important as the website will ask them to create an account, so make sure you get this information correct. Failure to do so will mean that your team registration cannot be completed.
4. Please include a team name. Please keep it PG-13 and do not use any curse words. Innuendos are fine. If you don't choose a team name, we will choose one for you. You won't like our choice.
5. You will pay via PayPal or Venmo like you have for the last several years. Please try to pay for your entire team as it makes things way easier for us to track. Fee and payment information is:
   
   For A/AA it is $35 per player ($140 per team) and for Open it is $40 per player ($160 per team).

6. Only teams that (a) are complete and (b) are fully paid will show up as registered teams under each tournament. We control this on the backend, so once you are paid, we will mark your team as paid. If your team doesn't show up, it's because someone you have a placeholder and/or someone hasn't paid. Your team is not in the tournament until you show up under the registered teams for that tournament.
